Venom: There Will Be Carnage is delayed again

Sony has decided to delay Venom: There will be Carnage. Originally, the production company hoped to release the film on October 20, 2020, although it delayed it a first time until June 25 and later to July 17.

Now, through the Deadline portal, we know that a Sony representative mentions that they do not want to resume recording the Venom: Let There Be Carnage movie until the entire team feels comfortable working, and therefore the film will be released on September 24.

With this new release date, his arrival on the big screen is very close to the premiere of Marvel Studios, Shang-Chi and the Legend of the 10 Rings, which will be released on September 3.

There are still not many details about the plot of this film, beyond knowing that Tom Hardy and Michelle William will return to their roles as Eddie Brock and Anne Weying respectively. Counting on the addition of Woody Harrelson to the cast of actors, who although he already appeared in the first post-credits scene of Venom, will now have a more important role as the main antagonist.
